Estelle Shaw, Director
Becoming a professional ballet dancer at sixteen, Estelle performed 150 ballets, by renowned choreographers such as Alvin Ailey. She performed in local theaters productions, joining the Broadway show FOSSE as a swing and dance captain. In the Radio City Christmas Show she entertained up to 20,000 people daily. Recently Estelle performed at the Hollywood Bowl as a singer/dancer in Charlie in the Chocolate Factory, starring John Stamos. She teaches Pilates, dance and created the Fitness Flower Workout System. Her Fitness Flower products have been featured on EXTRA, and carried in TJMaxx. Her students at AMDA and UCLA have gone on to careers in theater and dance. She’s honored to pass on her love for theater to OLG. Alice in Wonderland marks the first show she has directed, choreographed, set/light designed and stage managed. As a multitasker, she has found home, and grateful to her family for their support.

Marti Harris, Music Director
Marti is thrilled to be a part of this dazzling production with the talented students of OLG! When she’s not coaching caterpillars, dodo birds & various girls named Alice, Marti can be found shaping future rock stars at Coast Music in Hermosa. Marti moved to the South Bay from NYC where she fronted bands including Groove Apostle, Night Moves, and one of the city’s favorite blues bands, The Shade Tree Mechanics. Marti’s charismatic presence and powerful voice won her leading roles, including Velma in Chicago, Anita in West Side Story, Adelaide in Guys and Dolls, and Narrator in Joseph. She has a Bachelor from the University of Michigan where she studied musical theatre and holds a Graduate Certificate from the Jazz Studies Dept at USC. These days Marti spends most of her performing hours belting out everything from Aretha Franklin to Rihanna, but her first love is musical theater so working with this fabulous group of kids on Alice has been an absolute joy!
