Rex's Exes - March 17 - March 26, 2016

Palestine Community Theatre

 A Note from the Director

Welcome to Palestine Community Theatre's Dogwood Trails 2016 production of Rex's Exes at the Historic Texas Theatre! It is the perfect time of year to celebrate Texas! March marks important moments in Texas history including the signing of the Texas Declaration of Indepence, the Battle of the Alamo, the death of numerous Texas heroes, and the bluebonnet being named the state flower, just to name a few. On behalf of PCT and the cast of Rex's Exes, thank you for choosing to join us at the Texas Theatre!

Rex's Exes is the sequel to the first show I directed in 2013 at the Texas, The Red Velvet Cake War. These show gives us the opportunity to celebrate what makes Texans unique, and the chance to laugh at ourselves just a little.

This spring we welcome new faces to the stage, and we welcome back some of our most talented actors and actresses. To the cast and crew of Rex's Exes- THANK YOU to each and everyone of you! Without each of you and your commitment to the theatre, this production would not be possible. A lot of things have to fall into place for a production to come to life and reach its full potential. Luckily, we've had many helping hands to assist us from building sets, designing costumes, rounding up special props, and financial support. Special thanks to everyone who helped make this show the best it could be!

Thank you for supporting the arts and the Historic Texas Theatre! Enjoy the show!
