The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940 - October 26 - November 03, 2018

Parkrose High School

  Notes

From the Director

Going into this year, I knew I wanted to do a murder mystery for the fall. I ended up reading five different plays and this is the only one that made me laugh on nearly every page. All the classic elements of a murder mystery are there. Cars breaking down, a blizzard, secret passages, power outages, mistaken identities, and of course, a song or two. I hope you enjoy the twists and turns of this wonderful work of satire. The students have worked incredibly hard to bring this show to life.

Special thanks to....

Sam Fleig for his fantastic set design and brilliant technical mind.

Lesley Bossert for composing the music, making the curtains, and always helping our department to thrive.

All of the students in Technical Theatre I for their work on the set.

Our Parkrose Thespian Officers for their comittment to the production and work ethic.

The Parents of all students involved in this production. Thank you.
