Sydney (She/Her) is a Film and Media student at the University of Pittsburgh. She is a 2020 graduate of Pittsford Mendon High School and is honored to be putting The Laramie Project together for Mendon.

Payton Beel
Payton (they/them/theirs) will be going to Kent State University next year for architecture. When Payton first heard that The Laramie Project was an option for this show, they knew it was the one we should do. As an openly non-binary student, this show means a lot to Payton as it brings attention to something that happened in LGBTQ+ history that not many Mendon students have ever heard of. Payton wants to thank the cast and everyone else involved for making this show so great!

Anne Olivia Cincotta
Anne Olivia is very excited to be student directing and performing in The Laramie Project. Anne Olivia has previously performed in multiple Mendon productions including Chicago: High School Edition (Matron Mama Morton), Clue the Musical (Detective), and An Unspeakable Triumph of Supreme Brillance (Tilly). She was also set perform as Maureen in Rent: School Edition before the pandemic hit. Anne Olivia is currently the President of the Mendon Drama Club and can often be seen performing in Rochester community theatre productions. She plans to continue her love of theatre by attending Rider University to pursue a BFA in Musical Theatre. I would like to thank Ms. Loucks for always being there as one of the adults who I trust the most. I will miss you so much next year, and I’m so glad that I got to have you as my high school director.
