BECKY LILLIE WOODS Director
Founded RCT in 2010 along with her husband Derek. Becky has a Master of Arts in Teaching Music from Lehman College and a BFA in Musical Theatre from Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music. Among her Directing credits: You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown, 42nd Street, Dear Edwina, Seussical, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Oliver, Once on This Island Jr, and Annie Jr.

SHANA MAHONEY Music Director/Guest Artist "Ursula"
a graduate from the Hartt School of Music, University of Hartford, with a B.A. in Music Theatre. She has performed in several Broadway musicals both here and abroad including the Broadway 1st National tour of CABARET, EVITA, and BEAUTY AND THE BEAST. She works with dozens of students in her private voice studio, and currently serves as the Music Coordinator for St Barnabas Church

JUSTINA ERCOLE Asst. Director/Choreographer
a Philadelphia native with a BA in Theater from Temple University. She has taught in settings including dance studios, enrichment centers, and theater camps along the east coast. Recent choreography credits include Urinetown, Godspell, The Little Mermaid, My Way, and Thoroughly Modern Millie. Justina is thrilled to be a part of RCT and bring the joy of performing to all ages.

DEREK WOODS Audio Visual Designer
Derek is proud to serve as the Executive Director for RCT. He has been involved with BRONXNET Community Cable Television since 1993 and currently produces Bronxnet’s award winning program “Bronx Magazine”. He received an Emmy nomination in 2010 as the writer and director of the acclaimed documentary “Memory Brings Us Back: Irish Stories of Farewells and Fortunes.”

ANNA DROPIEWSKA Costume Designer
Anna has designed, sewed and painted original costumes for Once on This Island, Oliver, Into The Woods, The Little Mermaid Jr., You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown, and The Wizard of Oz. She loves working with kids and creating "one of a kind" masterpieces for Riverdale Children's Theatre. She is originally from Poland and has a background in Architecture.
