Becky Lillie Woods
Director
Founded RCT in 2010 along with her husband Derek. Becky has a Master of Arts in Teaching Music from Lehman College and a BFA in Musical Theatre from Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music. She has directed over 25 shows for RCT including, You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown, Dear Edwina, Seussical, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Oliver, Annie and Beauty and the Beast. Prior to her work as and educator Becky performed as an actress and singer, regionally and nationally in such shows as Peter Pan ( Peter), Annie Get Your Gun (Annie), Meet Me in St Louis (Esther) and Dear Edwina, creating the role of Becky Delvecchio.

Justina Ercole
Choreographer
Justina Ercole holds a BA in Theater from Temple University and has focused her teaching in dance and developmental movement. Selected choreography: 42nd Street, The Little Mermaid, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Urinetown. Selected performance: Pinkalicious Off-Broadway, Nickie in Sweet Charity, Rumpleteazer in Cats. Upcoming performances: La Cage at Lake Dillon (CO) & Heathers at the Eagle (NJ).
