Becky Lillie Woods - Director
Becky is the Co-Founder and Artistic Director of RCT. She has a Master of Arts in Teaching Music from Lehman College and a BFA in Musical Theatre from Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music. Among her Directing credits: Beauty and the Beast,You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown, Dear Edwina, Seussical, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Les Miserables.

Justina Ercole - Choreographer
holds a BA in Theater from Temple University and has focused her teaching in dance and developmental movement. Selected choreography: 42nd Street, The Little Mermaid, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Urinetown. Selected performance: Pinkalicious Off-Broadway, Heather Duke in Heathers, Rumpleteazer in Cats. Paul Loman - Music Direction
is a music director, teacher, composer, pianist, and organist based in New York City. This is his first production with Riverdale Children's Theatre. Recent credits include Carrie and Legally Blonde (White Plains Performing Arts Center Conservatory Program). Thanks to Shana and Becky!

Derek Woods - Technical Director
Derek and wife Becky Lillie Woods founded The Riverdale Children's Theatre in 2010. Since then RCT has produced over 40 full stage productions, touching the lives of hundreds of families in the Bronx and beyond. Among his other credits, he received an Emmy nomination in 2010 as the writer and director of the acclaimed documentary “Memory Brings Us Back: Irish Stories of Farewells and Fortunes.”

Breffni Ward - Assistant Director
is currently a sophomore at Hunter College studying Special Needs Childhood Education. This is her third year working with Riverdale Children's Theatre and she is forever grateful to Becky and Derek for giving her this opportunity to work with such amazing kids.
