  • Becky Lillie Woods- Director

    Becky is the Co-Founder and Artistic Director of RCT. She has a MA in Teaching Music from Lehman College and a BFA in Musical Theatre from CCM. She has directed over 70 youth productions in the last 10 years. Under her direction, the Riverdale Children's Theatre has been recognized as one of the nation's top children's theatre companies by both America Towns Media and Backstage Magazine.

  • Tyler Eley Assitant Director/Choreographer

    Tyler is a NYC/NJ based children's theatre director/choreographer & teaching artist who received his Bachelors of Music in Musical Theatre from Westminster College at Rider University. Tyler is the head of the theatre and dance department at an after-school program on the UWS.Thank you to RCT for this opportunity and most of all the talented cast for making his visions come to life on the stage!

  • Paul Loman- Musical Director

    is a music director, teacher, pianist, and organist who works in New York City and Westchester County. In addition to private piano and voice students, Paul teaches elementary and middle school music and directs an adult and children's choir at St. Ann's Parish in Yonkers. He works with children in theatre at RCT and White Plains Performing Arts Center. Paul studied music at James Madison in VA.

  • Derek Woods- Technical Director/Video Design

    Derek and wife Becky Lillie Woods founded The Riverdale Children's Theatre in 2010. Since then RCT has produced over 40 full stage productions, touching the lives of hundreds of families in the Bronx and beyond. He is extremely proud to have been recently named the Grand Marshal of the 2017 Throggs Neck St. Patrick's Day Parade, in honor of his commitment to the Bronx.

  • Dale Smallwood- Production Manager

    Dale is excited to once again be working with RTC. Stage management credits include over 30 productions with The Pearl Theatre Company, NYC, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Caucasian Chalk Circle, Stage Door (The New School for Drama, NYC); Hannah, Follow Me to Nellie’s, Rabbit Hole, Regrets Only (Premiere Stages, NJ), The Tempest (Shakespeare on the Sound, CT).
