  • Derek Woods

    Director

    Derek and wife Becky Lillie Woods founded The Riverdale Children's Theatre in 2010. Since then RCT has produced over 40 full stage productions, touching the lives of hundreds of families in the Bronx and beyond. He is extremely proud to have been recently named the Grand Marshal of the 2017 Throggs Neck St. Patrick's Day Parade, in honor of his commitment to the Bronx.

  • Becky Lillie Woods

    Artistic Director

    is the Co-Founder and Artistic Director of RCT. She has a Master of Arts in Teaching Music from Lehman College and a BFA in Musical Theatre from Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music. Ms. Woods has directed over 50 shows with youth performers. Among her directing credits: Beauty and the Beast, You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, Dear Edwina, Seussical and many more!

  • Justina Ercole

    Choreographer

    has been with RCT since 2013 choreographing productions for their Riverdale and Woodlawn locations. Select RCT credits include: Cats, A Chorus Line, 42nd Street, Sister Act, and Thoroughly Modern Millie. Justina also teaches dance cardio at Broadway Bodies and Lagree at Form50 Fitness. BA Theatre Temple U. Proud member AEA. 

  • Paul Loman

    Music Director

    is a music director, teacher, pianist, and organist who works in NYC and Westchester County. In addition to private piano and voice students, Paul teaches elementary and middle school music and directs the choir at St. Ann's Parish in Yonkers. He works with children in theater at RCT and White Plains Performing Arts Center. Paul studied music at James Madison in VA.

  • Dale Smallwood

    Production Manager

    is excited to once again be working with RCT. Stage management credits include over 30 productions with The Pearl Theatre Company, A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Caucasian Chaulk Circle, Stage Door (The New School for Drama); Hannah, Follow Me to Nellie's, Rabbit Hole, Regrets Only (Premiere Stages), The Tempest (Shakespeare on the Sound).
