Becky Lillie Woods

Director

has a Master of Arts in Teaching Music from Lehman College and a BFA in Musical Theatre from Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music. Under her direction, RCT has been recognized as one of the nation's top children's theatre companies by American Towns Media and Backstage Magazine. In 2015 Becky was nominated for TONY Awards Excellence in Theater Education Award.
Rebecca Kritzer

Choreographer

a New York-based director, choreographer and performer, is thrilled to work with Riverdale Children’s Theatre! She is currently working on the musical Sweet Charity at the Maltz Jupiter Theatre, serving as the Associate Choreographer and performer. She directed the musical Cabaret at San Antonio Broadway Theatre, was the Associate Director and the Choreographer of the musical In The Heights at the Broadway Palm Dinner Theater. As a performer, Rebecca was part of the original cast of the In The Heights first national tour. She was on the first national tour of Wicked, and the 50th Anniversary US tour of Jesus Christ Superstar.
James Merillat

Musical Director

has been involved in musical theatre since his teens. For over three decades he has worked around the world in school and community theatre programs. For RCT, he has served as Music Director on seasonal & summer shows including 42nd Street, Millie, Sister Act, Rent, and several streamed shows during the pandemic. James is a proud member of ASCAP and the Dramatists Guild.
Caroline Cedeno

Program Coordinator

is a senior at Hunter College where she’s getting her Bachelor’s in Art History and her certificate in Human Rights. She currently works for the NY State Division of Human Rights alongside helping produce Aladdin Jr. Caroline started with RCT as a student herself and has loved being able to grow with the company and help the kids make a wonderful show!
