Becky Lillie Woods

Director

has a Master of Arts in Teaching Music from Lehman College and a BFA in Musical Theatre from Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music. Under her direction, RCT has been recognized as one of the nation's top children's theatre companies by American Towns Media and Backstage Magazine. In 2015 Becky was nominated for TONY Awards Excellence in Theater Education Award.
Stephane Duret

Choreographer

Stephane Duret, was last seen in the Tony Award Winning Musical KINKY BOOTS on Broadway, and is also the Founding Director of KAISER’S ROOM, a non-profit that offers arts programming to individuals with cognitive and developmental delays in NYC. Regional: VIOLET, AIDA, HOT MIKADO, RAGTIME, CABARET, CURTAINS, SWEET CHARITY, THE PRODUCERS. A proud member of A.E.A.
Charlie Romano

Music Director

Charlie Romano is a Latino/Italian-American Composer. His work includes Call Me From the Grave (2021 O’Neill Finalist), the story of legendary bluesman Robert Johnsonl, as well as Onward and Upward (Phoenix Theatre Company). He is a Dramatists Guild and BMI Advanced Workshop member. Charlie loves working with RCT and helping the children develop their talents.
Mieke Moll

Assistant Director

recently graduated from Syracuse University with a B.F.A. in MT. Her favorite performance credits are Judy in A Chorus Line and Sister Mary Robert in Sister Act. She was the assistant choreographer for a production of Kinky Boots and was the choreographer for The Music Man at Circle Theatre Grand Rapids. Mieke is so excited to be working on her first RCT production!
Adar Marcus

Stage Manager

is a recent RCT Alum currently majoring in dramatic writing at NYU Tisch. A long time RCT student, he took up directing and playwriting in high school.He was a winner of the Lucille Lortelle High School Playwriting Fellowship, and has also been awarded by LEAP OnStage and the NYA Foundation in previous years. He is thrilled to work with RCT on their productions this fall!
