    Director

    has a Master of Arts in Teaching Music from Lehman College and a BFA in Musical Theatre from Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music. Under her direction, RCT has been recognized as one of the nation's top children's theatre companies by American Towns Media and Backstage Magazine. In 2015 Becky was nominated for TONY Awards Excellence in Theatre Education Award.

    [he/him] is a NYC performer and choreographer. John began with RCT in 2014 and has not stopped since! Credits: Barry (The Prom), Chad/Choreographer (All Shook Up), U/S Ryan/Dance Captain(HSM, Off-Bway), The Trunchbull (Matilda Jr. Pilot), Manhattan University DI Dance Team, 54 Below: Walk Down Memory Lane x3 (Producer).     Charlie Romano

    Musical Director

    is a Latino/Italian-American Composer. His work includes Call Me From the Grave (2021 O’Neill Finalist), the story of legendary bluesman Robert Johnson, as well as Onward and Upward (Phoenix Theatre Company). He is a Dramatists Guild and BMI Advanced Workshop member. Charlie loves working with RCT and helping the children develop their talents.

    [they/them] is a proud RCT alum (RCHS '19). After graduating with their BFA in Musical Theatre, they returned to RCT as a guest artist in the Wizard of Oz (Witch) and RCT's Legacy production of All Shook Up (Lorraine). Other credits: Into the Woods (Stepmother), Pipeline (Nya), Mr. Burns, A Post-Electric Play (Quincy/Lisa Simpson), 54 Below & Green Room 42.

  • Suzanne Beaubien head shot

    Suzanne Beaubien

    Costume Designer

    has created costumes for a long list of RCT shows. A lifelong seamstress and artist, she first put her skills to work at RCT when her own daughter started appearing in shows in 2016. Since then, she’s enjoyed working closely with RCT to bring to life such amazing productions as SpongeBob, Les Miserables, Mean Girls Jr., Frozen Jr., and Matilda Jr., among others.
