Rob Floyd is ecstatic to be bringing back his original creation,"Cocktail Theatre", to Santa Monica. Currently ranked in the top 5 in the world by LUXE magazine, He has been featured in Times of London, People Magazine (4 x’s) Maxim among many other outlets. He has appeared on major TV programs such as FOX, CBS and NBC. Named a top mixologist in Black Book magazine in 2008, he helmed programs from the world famous Chateau Marmont, The Library Bar at The Roosevelt, Scott Conant’s Restaurant, The Bazaar by Jose Andres – which he took to #1 in America for molecular work and currently runs OCI’s national program as well as his company Rx Liquid Chef. He has designed events for The Emmy’s, The Oscar’s, and the Grammy’s as well as companies such as Google, Adobe, Ferrari, Astin Martin, Hennessy and Basil Hayden. He does a national radio show with Chef Jamie Gwyn. He owes it all to his amazing wife and writing partner Megan and their four kids, Joe, Robby, Ella and Indigo.

Michael Resendez
Michael Resendez has been mixing up craft cocktails for 9 years and has opened up places such as the Bazaar by celebrity and James Beard award winning chef, Jose Andres. Michael has also opened up the prestigious SLS hotel in Beverly Hills, Miami, and Las Vegas. He has consulted for Chef Scott Conan, TV personality, as well as opened multiple places with the Houston Brothers, who run a very underground, exclusive night life scene in Hollywood. You definitely want this guy taking you out to the most exclusive spots for drinks and the best environment!

Lindsay Hopper
Hailing from the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area, Lindsay always dreamed of being an actor as a little girl. Well, actually, that’s not true, at the age of 4 she wanted to be a ballerina doctor but once she realized that it was A- not a real job and B- would combine two of her least favorite things, blood and people in all white, she quickly re-evaluated her life. Lindsay is well versed in all things acting and film making, and has found a love, not only for performing and writing, but also for producing, mainly because it allows her to use her skills as a control freak. She holds a Bachelor of Music in musical theatre from Catholic University, which was given many accolades as "a drinking school with a Catholic problem." She currently studies with master teacher Richard Lawson. She also likes puppies, cheese and really organized closets.
