Joyce Stanley

Box Office

Joyce has lived on/off in Ashland for over 35 years. Her away time was spent mostly in East and Southern Africa and Southeast Asia as an organizational development consultant with NGO’s and the UN. When home in Ashland she loves hiking, biking, getting involved in politics, and volunteering for Rogue Theater Company. She studied speech/theatre at Marquette University as an undergrad, and International Communications at Stanford for her MA.
Joan Roberts

Box Office

Joan was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and got a Masters in Education at Tufts U. in Massachusetts. She went on to a career in Marketing and Public Relations in San Diego where she was the Marketing/Office Manager of a Conference Center and then a for large international bank. Joan moved to Ashland in 2012 and has been a realtor with Gateway Real Estate ever since.
Hilary Avalon

Onsite Coordinator

Hilary moved to Ashland three years ago from Sebastopol, California, where for 20 years she ran a whimsical B&B themed on Arthurian legend. During that time, Hilary and her family had annual visits to Ashland to experience the moving and inspiring theater produced here in the Rogue Valley, and she is excited to be settled now in Ashland, and to be on the bouyant and creative Rogue Theater Company team.
AJ McCalla

Onsite Coordinator

AJ is currently studying at Quest University Canada (remotely) with an emphasis on Art and what it has to tell us. His senior thesis project, How Does Art Communicate, is a deep dive into what artists put into their work and what audiences take away. AJ has always loved theatre, participating in live productions from an early age, and he is proud to be a part of Rogue Theater Company.
