Itai Wine

As Billy Joel's great nephew, Itai has always been inspired to act and dramatize. Along with drama, Itai has accomplished much, including his achievement of 42nd place in the Rock Paper Scissors local community center competition as well as his experiences in swim and soccer. Itai has been a part of several productions including 'Rent', 'Weirdkid', 'Fiddler on the Roof', 'Wise men of Chelm' and as Tony in 'Copacabana'. Last year he was Prince Dauntless in 'Once Upon a Mattress'. His devotion to drama has inspired Itai to pursue an engineering degree next year. Itai is dedicating his performance to his parents and his great uncle.

Alyssa is excited to be a part of Bye Bye Birdie! Alyssa is a grade eleven student at Ross Sheppard. Previously, Alyssa has been in several shows and musicals, including 'The Nifty Fifties', 'My Very Own Story', 'Once Upon a Mattress', and many more. Alyssa is also a dancer who performs in many festivals and competitions. Alyssa adores the lovely cast of 'Bye Bye Birdie', and has enjoyed working with each and every one of them.

The Blackbox has consumed Michelle's life in every way possible since it became her home two years ago. She has been part of Shep's productions of 'Les Miserables' (2012), 'Copacabana' (2013), 'Lucky Hudson' (2013),'1984' (2013), 'Once Upon a Mattress' (2014), a number of one acts in Shepfest, a smattering of improv scenes and competitions, as well as several coffee house fundraisers. 'Bye Bye Birdie' is Michelle's third and final musical at Shep and it has been a great opportunity for her to be pushed as an artist. Infinite thanks to her PA family for putting up with her nonsense; and of course a big thanks to you, the audience, because if it weren't for you we would be telling a story to an empty theater, and that would be rather silly don't you think?
