    Matt comes from a very musical family and got his start his sophomore year as "Snoopy" in You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown and later his senior year as "Raoul" in the area premiere of Webers' The Phantom of the Opera. Matt then played his favorite role, "Jean ValJean" in the area premiere of Les Miz. He was also seen as "El Gallo" in The Fantasticks at Columbia College. Matt is currently performing in Chicago.

    Melinda has been performing since she was seven. Her favorite roles include: Dolly Levi (Hello Dolly), Narrator (Joseph), Meg Brockie (Brigadoon), Mother (Ragtime), Nancy (Oliver), and Mary Magdalene (Jesus Christ Superstar). Melinda was also handed the set painting torch by the late Jerauld Reinhart. He taught her all his tricks of the trade and once told her "I couldn't have done it better myself." Melinda is one of the show's scenic artists. She also is our Choreographer/musical Director). Melinda is the Merrillville High School choral director. She graduated from Indiana University School of Music in 1989 with a Bachelors in Music Education--Voice. While at IU, Melinda had the distinct privilege of studying with renowned soprano Camilla Williams. Also, she performed and toured all over the United States with the Singing Hoosiers and Varsity Dancers.

    Prof. Jared Riddle is the Regional Chair for English and Communication at Ivy Tech Community College. He has performed the title role of RSMT’s (m-mproductions.com) Jesus Christ Superstar and as the Pharaoh in Joseph at Reinhart Auditorium and the Star Plaza Theatre. Riddle was Jack in the regional premiere of Into the Woods, directed the Midwest premier of Radha Bharadwaj's Closetland (towletheater.org), and portrayed Gaston in RSMT’s production of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. Riddle’s theatrical performance work is included in The Musical Man, a film celebrating the life of Jerauld J. Reinhart, producer, director, and godfather of Northwest Indiana theatre, and, last summer, he portrayed Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar (starplazatheatre.com) alongside Michael Cunio (Jesus) and Marc Summers (Herod). He has been the Emcee for the annual NIETF Gala Awards for the past decade (nietf.org) and is a Board Governor for the Society of Innovators of NWI.
