Edwin Gonzalez

Master Carpenter

Edwin has been working on sets since 2014 and has been Master Carpenter for 16 shows including Phantom of the Opera, Scrooge, Little Mermaid, Memphis, Beauty and the Beast, and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.  He helped us make it rain on stage in Leap of Faith and make the prince float to the bottom of the sea in The Little Mermaid. Edwin works in maintenance for the Hobart YMCA, and a local apartment complex.

Craig Lamb

Follow Spot

Craig has been running a follow spot at Reinhart Auditorium for over 25 years.  He has spotted Scrooge so often he can do it in his sleep.  He has run follow spot for countless dance recitals, concerts, and of course hundreds of plays and musicals. He is always happy to help Merrillville High School with all of their productions too.  Craig also helps on set construction and in 1994 he even dabbled in working stage crew for a bit, but follow spot is his first love and it is something he excels at.

Lobby and Concessions

Melissa started running our concession stand in 2015 when all we did was sell pop and home made goodies.  Today that has grown into building sets in the lobby to match the theme of whatever show we are doing. It also means two to four hot food combo selections, also to match the theme of the show.  It has become the premiere lobby and concession design in Northwest Indiana.  Last summer, Missy was excited to transform our concession area into a airport concourse.  What will be her muse this summer?  Come to the show and find out.
