Zombie Prom - November 10 - November 13, 2022

Rowlett High School

 End Notes

Greetings and thank you for joining us at our first musical of the 2022-2023 school year, Zombie Prom.

As is the case with most major musicals, Zombie Prom has all of the high energy dance numbers, powerful vocals, technical spectacle and a poignant love story. While all of these elements are key for mounting a successful production, what has always drawn me to this show is its message of acceptance.

In a world where we are choosing sides, the story of Zombie Prom is ultimately about accepting those that may be different from us, and building a culture of inclusivity for people that may feel they are outcasts or on the fringes. The heart behind this story and the love that fuels it to the end proves that everyone deserves happiness, even radioactive nuclear zombies.          Enjoy the show!
