Note from the Director
I am so pleased to bring this rarely produced Shakespeare play to the Akron area. In recent history it was also presented by our neighbors at the Ohio Shakespeare Festival several summers ago. I would compare this story to a Grimm Fairy Tale or a Disney movie, but for adults! That is the theme that the designers and I explored -- a fairy-tale world, like Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. I hope you will enjoy this story of a love, betrayal, and redemption.
