Tania Benites

as Portia/Publius/Plebian/Young Cato

Tania Benites is a newcomer to the Akron theatre scene. She received her B.A. in Theatre from Cleveland State University in 2012 and has been working professionally as an actor since then. You last saw her on RCSC's stage in THE TEMPEST. She is very excited for this opportunity and has enjoyed working with this new group of artists.
Scott Crim

as Cicero/Plebian/Artemidorus/Lepidus/Clitus

JULIUS CAESAR marks Scott's fifteenth production with RCSC. He recently directed the fall production of THE TEMPEST and acted in A CHRISTMAS CAROL and CYMBELINE. He recently returned from making his New York City debut with THE REVENGER'S TRAGEDY, THE MUSICAL with Ridley Creek Productions. You can follow him on Instagram at Criminal2012.
Rocky Encalada

as Cobbler/Soothsayer/Cinna the Poet/Ligarius/Volumnius

Rocky Encalada is making her RCSC debut. Regional credits: Cleveland Public Theatre, Ahlem/Tyra in I CALL MY BROTHERS; Geauga Lyric Theater Guild, Mrs. Lovett in SWEENEY TODD; Mamai Theatre Company, Isabella Bird/Louise/Mrs. Kidd in TOP GIRLS. Originally from Miami, FL, she is an actor, director, and photographer. She holds two BAs in Theatre from FSC and an MFA in Acting from KSU.
Michael Gatto*

as Brutus

Michael Gatto is excited to return to the stage after a hiatus to raise a couple of wonderful kids! His last performance, ironically enough, was with the RCSC in their staged reading of JULIUS CAESAR. Some of his previous credits include (LORT-regional) RICHARD III, MACBETH, HENRY VI, TWELFTH NIGHT; (off-Broadway) ROMEO AND JULIET. MFA, SAFD, AEA. Thanks to Dane, Marshall, and the wonderful cast!
