Jacob Knipes
Jacob Knipes ("Sultan" & Associate Director) is an eight year veteran of RYT. He first joined the troupe in fifth grade where he played Maurice in Beauty and the Beast. Since then, he has performed in a wide variety of RYT Productions ranging from Shakespeare to Rogers & Hammerstein. If asked, Jacob would say his favorite RYT role was The Bullfrog in Honk! Jr. Jacob would like to thank all of the Directors, Stage Managers, and Actors that have influenced his acting career. Jacob is a Senior at Rutland High School and will be attending Binghamton University in the Fall of 2021.

Valentine Giesey
Valentine Giesey has worked with RYT in various capacities ever since his first performance, in RYT's 2012 production of Aladdin Jr. Following all of the theater that ensued after this first production, it seems fitting that his last show as a youth with RYT is the very same one. When he is not involved in the performing arts, Val also enjoys visual arts, being outside and learning to play the banjo. He thanks the many individuals who have volunteered their time and passion to RYT throughout the years to create such an exciting and creative space.
