Reva Kazman
Director
Before she retired as Theater Teacher and Director for Hunterdon Central Regional High School, The American High School Theater Festival, comprised of University and College Professors, recognized Reva as having developed one of the best high school theater programs in the country. She was also inducted into the Hunterdon Central Regional High School Hall of Fame for her contributions to the school and community. Reva is never far from a theater. She has directed for schools and community theaters in NJ and PA, winning Best Director and Production for many years at The Bucks County Playhouse Secondary School Theater Festival. Her adult production of The Wizard of Oz for Town and Country Players in Warrington PA was voted Best Director and Production of the season. Reva is thrilled to Direct this inaugural production for SASY, especially honoring the memory of Susie Emery, whose idea for SASY blossomed with her daughter, Kate, Producer of this show.
Vida Allworthy
Choreographer
Vida Allworthy is a professional dancer, singer, and choreographer. She has toured the U.S. extensively in productions of "Smokey Joe's Cafe" and "Sophisticated Ladies," of which she was also a choreographer. She is a singer with The Bassboards Band, Roulette Band, and Dave Neath Orchestra. She has performed at the legendary Copa Cabana in NYC with The Shirelles, Jay Black & The Americans, and Johnny Maestro & The Brooklyn Bridge. She also performed at the Roseland Ballroom with The Beach Boys. Vida taught dance for many years at her mother's studio, Allworthy School of Music and Dancing, along with Serova School of Dance. She choreographed 14 shows at HCRHS shows with Director Reva Kazman and her late husband, Harry Kazman. Vida currently teaches a jazz class for Seniors at the Senior Center of Flemington. She is pleased to be involved in this program and dedicates her work to the beautiful spirit of Susie Konya Emery, her Susy-Q Forever Diva.
