Ryan Hoang
as Prince Abdullah
This is the first play for Ryan, playing the part of Prince Abdullah, a sarcastic and very confident person. Ryan has connected with this character, finding there are traits he shares and ones he's adopted. He has gained more self-esteem, has been more self-motivated, and has connected better with more people while playing this part. Ryan would like to thank his Mom for being there for him; his friends (especially Carlton and Tadd) for encouraging him to participate in the play; Mrs. Traudt for making the play happen; Mrs. Powell for helping and encouraging him to keep going; and last but not least, to you the audience for being here at this production.

James Horan
as Genie
James Horan made his dramatic debut as 1/5th of the Barbershop Quintet in The Music Man. Last year, he played a more demanding role of Michael Darling, showcasing his singing and acting talent in Peter Pan. This year, he plays the funny and witty Genie. With each role he’s played, James has become more confident in his acting and singing abilities. James would like to thank his parents for encouraging him to take part in the school plays and helping him memorize his lines. He would also like to thank Mrs. Powell for giving him the opportunity to act in 2 major roles over the last 2 years. He would like to thank everyone…cast and crew…because these are the people who bring the show together, and it would not be the same without them.
