My dear students,

 

 

There’s a beautiful song that Belle sings in the stage production of Beauty and the Beast called “Home.” In it, Belle longs for home and eventually in a reprise of the song realizes that she has discovered home in the love she has for a beast. Since the school year began, your home on Mondays and Fridays has been at rehearsals as you worked so hard because of your love for the stage. I can't begin to tell you how proud I am of each of you for your hard work and yearlong commitment to putting on this amazing musical. 

 

 

To our 8th graders who have been part of this theater program since you were in 5th grade and now grace our stage for the final time as Musketeers, I pray that you know that STS and this theater program are always your home. 

 

 

And finally to our supportive parents, thank you for your patience waiting in the car all those days when rehearsals ran late. It's time to see that hard work come to life.  And now we invite you to relax, let us pull up a chair and be our guest as STS proudly presents: Beauty and the Beast, Jr.
