Emma Collins
Producer/Apprentice Manager/Props Manager
Emma Wiseman Collins is co-founder and Education Director at Scenic City Shakespeare. She is a graduate of the Professional Actors Training Program at Chattanooga State. Emma trained in Bunraku style puppetry with Chattanooga’s Kids on the Block where she served as a puppeteer/educator. Emma has served as director, producer, and/or dramaturg for previous Scenic City Shakespeare in the Park productions.

Mason Chattin-Carter
Stage Manager
Mason is recent graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy with a certificate in musical theatre. A professionally trained actor and singer with over 17 years of performance experience, Mson has previously appeared on stage in SCS's Much Ado About Nothing. Some his favorite roles include Flounder (The Little Mermaid, Colonnade Theatre), Toad (A Year With Frog and Toad, CTC), Whizzer (Falsettos), Prior Walter (Angels in America), and Peter (Bare: A Pop Opera). Beyond the stage, Mason is an illustrator and costume designer specializing in drag and character design.

Antine Offenbach
Assistant Stage Manager
Driven by a lifelong love of Shakespeare's work, Antine is a proud SCS board member and arts administrator who loves working behind the scenes to make artists shine. Notable accomplishments include work with the Chattanooga Symphony & Opera, Louisiana Philharmonic, and New Orleans Museum of Art, and hiking the 2,650-mile Pacific Crest Trail from Mexico to Canada in 2022.

Anne Rushing
Assistant Stage Manager
Anne Rushing is honored to serves as Chairman of the Board for Scenic City Shakespeare. She has been stage-adjacent for most of her life, including work in technical theatre, event production, and film-festival management. When not running around back stage, she can be found spoiling her dog Luna Lillia, playing board games with her husband, and planning her next big trip.
