Mike Martone Jr.

as Max, Musical Director, Set Construction

Mike graduated from BHS in 2001 where he was fortunate to play in Crazy for You!, Lil’ Abner, and the role as Nicely Nicely Johnson in Guys and Dolls. He attended WSCU where he obtained his B.S. in Music Education. Mike performed in several operas as a member of the WCSU Opera Ensemble. Credits include; Tamino in The Magic Flute, Don Basilio in The Marriage of Figaro, King Kasper in Amahl and the Night Visitors, as well as several others. Mr. Martone graduated with high honors and was awarded the Ruth P. DeVillafranca Certificate which is given to the most promising music educator as deemed by the music faculty. He also has his M.S. in Music Education from WCSU again graduating Magna Cum Laude. Mike also created and directed a summer music camp for young performers for the last several years as well as performed in a couple plays with a theater company himself.

Chris Lemieux*

as Leo

Chris is an actor and director based in NYC. He graduated BHS in 2009 and majored in Acting at Pace. Favorite performance credits: Comedy of Errors (Alabama Shakespeare Festival), The Bakery (Hollywood Fringe), Illusion (Under St. Mark’s NYC), and Cinderella (Alabama Shakespeare Festival). He will appear next in Legacy Theater’s Midsummer Night’s Dream on the Branford Green. As a director, Chris has directed productions in NYC, Alabama, and Connecticut. He assists STC and TaborArts with their youth productions. This fall he will direct STC’s first play, Peter and the Starcatcher. Lemieux is the Director of Development for an LA-based theater company which recently premiered Pocketmon! A Pokemon Parody Musical at the Hollywood Fringe. He'd like to thank Colin and Mike for the opportunity to play with STC this summer.
