Kathryn Slate
Dance Instructor
Ms. Kathryn has been studying dance for over thirty five years. She has studied classical ballet, jazz, lyrical, modern, tap, and hip-hop. Kathryn was a member of the James Madison Dance Team and was also a performing company member of The Dance Company under direction of Russell Jay and attended the Institute of Performing Arts.Kathryn went on to study dance at East Carolina University. She has performed works choreographed by the faculty and students at East Carolina University. She was also a member of a performing troupe that traveled and performed throughout the east coast. After college, Kathryn became the assistant coach for the James Madison High School Dance Team and helped lead them to a National Championship title in Orlando, Florida. Kathryn also has extensive experience in theater choreography.
Kathryn was awarded a "Choreographer of the Year" award in 2017 and has had many Choreography awards since then.

Anneliese Gadell
Dance Instructor
Ms. Anneliese holds a degree in Health and Human Performance from Marymount University and has been teaching dance for the past 22 years. A Central New Jersey native, she started dancing at the age of 6 and competing at the age of 8, winning top honors in both regional and national competitions.
Anneliese enjoys teaching all ages and styles of dance, for both recreational and competitive dancers. She believes that everyone should practice like they are last and perform like they have already won! In addition to her students earning top honors at numerous competitions, her dances have also earned special awards such as Best Choreography and Most Entertaining. She has been nominated for Best Dance Teacher for the past 5 years for Loudoun County's Best of the Best and received 2nd place in 2014, 2017, & 2018.

Tara Wang
Dance Instructor
Ms. Tara Wang has studied dance for 7 years and has been teaching for 5 years. She has studied a wide range of genres such as; jazz, tap, ballet, hip hop, lyrical/contemporary and is beginning to get into ballroom. She has trained many award winning dancers and plans to continue to pursue this career. She is now attending college and is majoring in Psychology.
