Mike Stec

Director

Mike Stec is thrilled to be making his directorial debut at the theater where he got his start five years ago. Since then he’s assistant directed Guys and Dolls (Inspire), Crimes of the Heart and Almost, Maine (SCP), produced/technical directed Steel Magnolias (SCP), has worked backstage on numerous other shows, and designed the program you're reading now. Occasionally, he also acts. Mike thanks his family, friends, everyone at SCP and the greater local theatre community for their love and support. #supportcommunitytheatre
Alexis Bartrum

Producer

Alexis Bartrum is one of the producers of While the Lights Were Out. She has been involved with local theatre for many years, and currently serves on SCP's board of directors as chairperson of Membership. Alexis thanks you for attending, and hopes you enjoy the show.
Isabella Kroczaleski

Producer

Isabella is excited to behind the scenes for another SCP MainStage show alongside an amazing production team. She recently helped stage manage Steel Magnolias. Isabella also enjoys being on stage and was recently in Crimes of the Heart (Lenny Magrath) and Our Town (Emily Webb) at SCP. Much love to all those who supported this show and continue to support SCP and community theatre.
Jema McCardell

Assistant Director

Jema McCardell has a passion for live theatre, both on and off stage, and holds a BA in Communications with a double major in music and theatre. She has worked with SCP for about 11 years, directing for 6. She also works with many other community theaters in the area, including Spotlight Players, Evalino Productions, Downriver Actors Guild, Livonia Community Theater, and Acting Out Productions. Jema had a lot of fun supporting Mike in his directorial debut, and with all of these hilarious actors! As always, she would like to publicly acknowledge her family's support and patience while she pursues her passion for the stage, especially her husband Jim.
