Welcome to Spotlight Youth Collective’s inaugural production of Elf The Musical Jr.

Spotlight Youth Collective is a brand-new, community-driven initiative with one simple goal, to give young people aged eight to 18 a place to shine. Through the magic of theatre, we help youth find their voice and grow in creativity, confidence and friendships both on and off the stage. Our mission is to create an inclusive, non-competitive space where every young person feels they belong, whether there are on stage or behind the scenes.

Our volunteer board of directors is a passionate group of community leaders, educators, artists and advocates who believe in the power of youth and the magic of theatre. United by a shared commitment to inclusivity, creativity, and mentorship, they guide the vision and mission of Spotlight Youth Collective and help create a stage where every young voice can shine.

Because we are committed to keeping our programs accessible to every family, regardless of financial circumstances, there is no cost to our participants. To make this possible, we fundraise and secure sponsorships to cover expenses such as rehearsal and performance space rentals, costumes and set design, technical equipment, production licenses and insurance.

Your involvement, whether through volunteering, donating, or cheering from the audience, helps keep participation free for all youth, maintain high-quality productions and ensures that every child has the opportunity to shine!
