    He is an actor, director, and playwright, as well as a graduate of Douglas and Capilano. He recently directed a revival of 'Dogfight' at Pacific Theatre and is gearing up to stage manage Renegade Studios' 'Hair', in June. He is also writing a play in collaboration with Frank theatre, and a reading will be done during the Queer Conference at SFU in July. This is his second production with Stage Theatre Co. and he is glad to be working along side Cory Haas once again. Favorite Credits: Christmas Carol (where he was also musical director; Pacific Theatre), Reefer Madness (Awkward Stage Productions), and 100 Saints you should know (Jessie Award Nomination; Pacific Theatre). He received the award for Best Director for 'Dogfight' (Awkward Stage Productions) back in 2015.

    DIRECTOR

    Cory Haas is an actor, director and artistic director of Stages Theatre Co. which conceived BALLS! last May for the rEvolver Festival. As an actor, credits include: Lapin Rouge, Lapin Blanc and Deux Ans De Votre Vie (Théâtre la Seizième); The 39 Steps (Peninsula Productions); Statu Quo (Seizième); Shrek (Align Entertainment); 7 Stories, Noises Off and The Crucible (Exit 22). As director or associate director, credits include: A Christmas Story: The Musical (Arts Club); My Fair Lady (RCMT); The Letter A (Brave New Play Rites); One Man, Two Guvnors (Arts Club); À Toi, Pour Toujours, Ta Marie-Lou (Seizième); Legally Blonde (TUTS); Seminar (Stages Theatre Co.) and Naked Love (co-creator/VanFringe), as well as some project creation for the PuSh Festival and FUSE. He holds a BPA from Capilano University, and will start his MFA in Actor Training and Coaching at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, in London, in October. www.coryhaas.ca

    PRODUCTION DESIGN

    Carolyn Rapanos is a set designer, based in Vancouver, BC. Recent designs include Cabaret (Capilano University), Common Grace (Pacific Theare), and Mass Appeal (Rosebud). She received a Jessie award nomination for Hunter Gatherers (Staircase Theatre) and a design ensemble Jessie award for TYA for her design work in Jack and the Bean (Presentation House) as well as an Ovation nomination for The Drowsy Chaperone (TWU).
