Our Vocal Academy students have performed throughout Lake County, IL and surrounding areas for various events! At SOTA we strive to get involved in our community, allowing students extra performance opportunities that will grow their confidence and put skills into practice. These opportunities are available to students as they arise but are not required. Standing O Cuties
Ages: 5-7 years old (Must turn 5 before 9/9/17)
Fee: $175 (+$5 processing fee if paying through PayPal)
*Sibling discount of $15 for 2nd, 3rd, etc. students

No Audition required
Class dates: Saturdays, 9/9-10/14
Class time: Noon-1:30pm
Tech/Dress Rehearsals: October 18, 19, 20 @ 5-7pm
Performance: Saturday, October 21 @ 1pm (Call time Noon)
Students will participate in recording a song during regular class hours. A free copy will be given out once editing has completed.
In this class, students will learn basic vocal technique, pitch/rhythm, and movement. Students will participate in class group numbers as well as an all class number to be performed in a concert on October 21. Additionally, students will participate in recording a song. Solos may be given but are not a priority in this class.

This age group will be divided into beginner, intermediate or advanced classes based on auditions and age. All classes meet at the same time in different rooms. Students will audition Saturday 8/26 during his/her assigned time slot.
What to prepare for your audition: 30 seconds of a song in any style to be sung a cappella. Have a second song prepared if asked. Students may also have their ranges checked.
