Lily Cole
as Anita
Lily Cole is a sophomore at Technology High School who previously performed in LJMS’s theater program. This is her first time being in a full musical and she is honored to play the iconic triple threat role of Anita. She has been in only a few small musicals and plays, making this extremely exciting and a great learning experience. This production has helped her grow as a performer and person. She’s so excited to make memories on the stage and in rehearsal. Some of her favorite activities are singing and cooking. Though she is new to this scene, she tries her hardest to make each day new and exciting. Lily is grateful for this opportunity to showcase what she can do. She hopes to make this show the best she can and inspire the people around her to try their best. She is looking forward to future productions as well.

Tyler McKenna
as Bernardo
West Side Story is Tyler’s first production since The Three Little Pigs in elementary school and he is honored for the opportunity to take part in his school’s first full length musical. Tyler is currently a senior at Technology High School and has enjoyed trying something new and challenging during his final year in high school. When Tyler auditioned, he wasn’t planning on taking a lead role but it turned out to be a wonderful experience. He is thankful to all of his castmates for their support and guidance while he learned to act, sing, and dance. Tyler is also thankful for the many experiences he has had and the memories he has made along the way. Tyler is a martial artist and exercise enthusiast who enjoys spending his time training and volunteering as an assistant kickboxing coach. Tyler plans on attending college next year to pursue a career in kinesiology and athletic training.
