Eloise Biddle-Gottesman

as Troy Bolton

Eloise Biddle-Gottesman (Troy Bolton)  is a ninth-grader at Athenian. She is excited to be performing in her first musical at Athenian. She has previously been in shows at Berkeley Playhouse and American Conservatory Theater. She enjoys tap dancing, going to Marvel club, and reading. She is also the Co-Producer of the show.
Janice Tang

as Gabriella Montez

Janice Tang (Gabriella Montez) is a senior and is pleased to be a part of her second and last Athenian Fall Musical. Janice is super excited to finish her journey at Athenian theatre with this amazing cast and tech crew. This department has given her the best memories and experiences, she will never forget her first role as Rapunzel in Into The Woods, and Clarissa in Little Women. Outside the theatre, she is also a member of the Athenian A Capella group The Howlers. She would like to thank her mom and sister for supporting her throughout high school.
Scarlet Shinkle

as Ryan Evans

Scarlet Shinkle is a freshman at Athenian and they have been doing theater since elementary school. This is their third show at the Athenian theater. Some of their previous roles include young Sophie in Mamma Mia, Anybodys in Barrett-Lindsay Steiner’s Sanderella, and Lucy Steele/Gossip 4 in Athenian’s own Sense and Sensibility. Scarlet is super excited to be in the musical this year and they are so thankful for the opportunities. They’d like to thank all their friends and family for the support! And of course Misty and the cast and crew.
Sydney Alvelda

as Sharpay Evans

Sydney Alvelda (Sharpay Evans and Producer) is very excited to be playing Sharpay in High School Musical as a Junior. This is her second time producing after roles such as Amy March in Little Women, Elinor in Sense and Sensibility, and Molly Aster in The Potomac School’s Peter and The Starcatcher. Sydney thanks the Athenian Theatre Department for all their hard work, and her family and friends who have supported her through her journey.
