Fresh off her performance as Lady of the Lake in Spamalot, she is excited about Directing Savannah Sipping Society! Ellen is thrilled to be making her debut at The Island Theater in The Savannah Sipping Society.  A New Jersey native, Ellen holds a B.A degree in Theater (Acting) from Stockton University.  Ellen has many roles to her credit, both musical and otherwise.  Favorites include Shirley Fuller in Ladies at the Alamo; Florence Unger in The Odd Couple, female version (winning her the Tom Nehl Award for Outstanding Actress in a Play); Melissa Frake in State Fair; Emily Gorski in Greetings!; Rose Alvarez in Bye, Bye Birdie; Beverly in The Shadow Box; and Delores, the Waitress in Working.  Ellen is a “Sweet Adeline” and enjoys singing and competing with the Jacksonville Harmony Chorus.  By day, she works as the rental coordinator at the Thrasher-Horne Center, in Orange Park. Ellen would like to thank Cindy for the opportunity of playing this “good ole Texas gal,” and her own amazing family, for their continued love, support and encouragement.
