Austin is thrilled to be fulfilling a longtime dream role and getting to share the stage with real life dad, James. You may recognize Austin from The Garden Theatre’s production of Cruel Intentions: The '90s Musical, where he played Sebastian and served as Choreographer. Regional - Stages: Drag Wonderettes (Cindy Lou), TUTS: Secret of My Success (Ensemble, u/s Brantley Foster), Spring Awakening (Otto), Rock Of Ages (Ensemble, Joey Primo), A Chorus Line (Swing, Don Cover), Jerome Robbins’ Broadway (Ensemble). Other Intitutions - Heathers (Jason Dean), Newsies (Jack Kelly), Little Shop of Horrors (Seymour Krelborn). BFA Musical Theatre (Dance Emphasis) from Sam Houston State University. as Bonnie Parker
Jackie has been performing on stages across Houston since she was a little girl. Most recently she was seen in The Garden Theatre's Cruel Intentions: The '90s Musical as Annette Hargrove. Other notable roles include: In the Heights (Nina Rosario), Carrie: The Musical (Sue Snell), Heathers: The Musical (Heather Duke), and Be More Chill (Jenna Rolan). Beyond her theatrical endeavors, Jackie faced her most challenging role yet, graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelors in psychology from the University of Houston-Downtown. She attributes her determination and work ethic to her loving family, whose unwavering support has been her driving force.
