  • Mary Rotella

    Mary Rotella (Choreographer) moved to New York after receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. Her performing career includes stage, screen, industrials and commercial work. Broadway, National and International Tour credits include: "Cabaret," "Jerome Robbins’ Broadway," "42nd Street", and "My Fair Lady." Her work as a Director and Choreographer includes concert dance, television, and numerous theatrical productions here and abroad. She has been a guest artist for several universities and dance schools across the nation, in Finland and Japan. She has taught in New York City at Steps on Broadway, PeriDance, CAP 21 and The Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute. Mary served as Dance Chair at Stephens College from 2002 to 2007 and was the Director of Dance at the Masters School in Dobbs Ferry, NY from 2008-2016. She is thrilled to be here at Cooper!

  • Marcus Bridgewater

    Marcus Bridgewater (Technical Director) is an experienced technical director and project manager and is thrilled about his third year at Cooper. He is excited to see what the students have learned in the past few year and what they are able to achieve. He feels fortunate to be in such a well-equipped and productive environment as Cooper, and as “Professor B” of the “T-men,” he is proud to see the leadership being shown by his students.

  • Laura Targett

    Laura Targett (Costume Designer) has been designing and building costumes Cooper for eight years, first as a parent volunteer, then as a member of staff since 2014. She has costumed a variety of productions including L.S. performances, Fifth Grade musicals, M.S. Musicals and Drama performances, U.S. Musicals and Drama performances, "Life!" Productions, and numerous other Cooper related performances. She also assists with set dressing by making curtains or upholstering when required. Laura has been nominated for several Tommy Tune Awards.
