Misti B. Wills (Director)
Misti is thrilled to be back at King's after directing Ordinary Days and A Pound in Your Pocket in previous seasons. She is slated to direct Hunchback of Notre Dame the Musical in L.A. this spring. Other select credits include: Off-Broadway: In Search of Euphoria (Fidelity Futurestage Program, New World Stages), Tempest (Assistant Director, La MaMa, ETC., NY Times Critics Pick), Regional: Sister Act (Ovation Recommended, Cabrillo Music Theatre in CA), My Fair Lady (Forestburgh Playhouse), and New York Water (Depot Theatre) Off-Off Broadway: Shake the Earth (2015 NY Fringe Festival, Theater is Easy Best Bet, West Coast Tour 2016), The Drunken City (Jump for Joy Productions, NY Workshop Theatre), Afterlight (Cherry Lane, 2009 NY Fringe Festival.) Virginia Hart Pike (Musical Director, Faculty Producer)
Virginia Hart Pike is musical director, composer, pianist, and educator. Broadway: Amazing Grace, the Musical; James Joyce’s the Dead; Off-Broadway: James Joyce’s the Dead; As Thousands Cheer; Regional: McCarter Theater, NYSAF, Theater Virginia; Other: Musical Theater Workshop, New York Theater Barn, NYMF, Joe’s Pub, Fordham University, The King’s College. She works closely with legendary composer Charles Strouse as his musical director. Virginia currently holds the position of Lecturer of Musical Theater at The King’s College in downtown Manhattan. She serves on the worship team and the board of directors for her church, Times of Refreshing Christian Center, NY (TORCC-NY). She holds a MFA from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts in Musical Theater Writing where she studied under award-winning opera composer Ricky Ian Gordon; and a BS from Duke University in Mathematics and Music.
