The Monologue Show (From Hell) - January 14 - January 17, 2021

The Leffell School

 End Notes

A Note from the Director

From the original plan of a full-scale musical, to a completely virtual Zoom play, to a livestreamed monologue play, this year’s high school production has certainly gone through several iterations. Fortunately, the amazing Leffell School students (and administration!) remained flexible, stayed positive, and worked incredibly hard to put together the show you’re going to see tonight. While the Monologue Show may be “from hell”, our time together has been anything but. I am honored to work with such talented students, both in the cast and crew, and I am so grateful for how gracious and welcoming they have been during my Leffell School directing debut. I would also like to thank Ariana Tullai for her invaluable support throughout this entire process. Finally, thank you for helping to keep the theatre alive during a global pandemic. Even though we won’t be able to hear you laughing and applauding in the theater, we are thrilled to know you will be watching at home. I hope you enjoy watching the show as much as we enjoyed putting it together.

With gratitude,

Zak Ferentz
