Molly Smith
as Morticia
Molly is a recent graduate of Hillsboro High School, attending Ohio University in the Fall. This is her 4th show at The Paxton Theatre. Molly has many years of theatre experience but her top past roles include Gabriella Montez (High School Musical), Beth March (Little Women), and Annabeth Chase (The Lighting Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical).
“Paxton has always felt like the kind of theatre that gives kids a real chance. Before joining Paxton, I had done several shows at my school, but I was so shy and quiet that I never landed any big roles. That changed when Jenna and Jeff took a chance on me and cast me as Glinda. That gave me the confidence to grow in theatre, and theatre has become my absolute favorite thing to do. I truly believe that without it, I wouldn't be half the person I am today. Theatre pushed me out of my comfort zone and gave me a voice I didn't know I had. I owe so much of who I am to this art form. Thank you, theatre."
