The Theater Renovation
Welcome to the last performance in our current Black Box theater! As soon as this production wraps up we will be embark on the next stage of our exciting Barn Theater renovation. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our families during our Auction last spring, we are turning this place into a true jewel.
I'm sure you have noticed the beautiful red paint on the outside of the building as well as the brand new doors and windows. As you came into the space, you experienced the gorgeous new Quiet Lounge and Theater Lobby, complete with a raised ceiling, new floors, new walls, new furniture, and a vintage ticket window!
Our last phase of this renovation will begin next week. The interior of the theater will be stripped clean and repainted. Then state of the art telescopic theater seating and a brand new Tech Booth will be installed! The theater seats are super comfortable, complete with arms, cushioned seats and backs.
Backstage is getting some upgrades as well! We will be updating our headset system and adding to our recording and projecting capabilities.
All of this excitement will be complete just in time for the Winter Musical!

Once again, we would like to thank all the Solebury families who are helping to make this happen. It is spectacular. Generations of students and their friends and families will benefit from this incredible renovation. This community is amazing!
