Mary Jo Springer
Director/Set Designer/Lighting Desginer
Mrs. Springer loves her job and feels very blessed to be able to do what she loves everyday. From her days as a Music Therapist to a classroom music teacher and band director, to the theater director and business owner that she is today- she has always enjoyed working with kids who want to learn how to become great performers! This show marks her 81st time in the director's chair. When she's not here at TSSYT, she's home with her supportive husband Jon and occasionally one or two of their four sons. Her furbabies, Bailey and Winnie Mae, give her all the snuggles she needs in her mostly empty nest. Thank you all for your support and enjoy the show.

Tessa Cadieux-Petrie

TESSA CADIEUX-PETRIE is super excited to be here at The Springer Studio Youth Theater! This is her 28th show she has choreographed at TSSYT. Some of her favorite shows she has worked on include Newsies, Matilda, James and The Giant Peach, Grease, Footloose, and Little Women. She would like to thank this cast for all of their hard work, her family and partner for always being a rock, and Mrs. Springer for her trust, creative partnership, and friendship. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Carlee Bonanno
Music Director
Carlee couldn’t be more excited to return to her home here at TSSYT! Before she was a music director, she was a student in the TSSYT productions her whole high school career. This is Carlee’s 7th time music directing, and 2nd time doing it at TSSYT. She is approaching her final year at Kutztown University as a Music Education major with a minor in Musical Theatre. She thanks Mrs. Springer for igniting her passion for theatre and trusting her with this position, and she thanks Ms. Tessa for being such a delightful person to work with! Carlee hopes you enjoy the show!
