John Willis
Music Director
John is delighted to join Sheridan for their second TST collaboration since Hedwig and the Angry Inch in 2017. Cabaret is John’s 7th production at The Studio Theatre. As a pianist and as a musical director, John has contributed to several music theater productions in Central Arkansas (and one opera, Menotti’s Old Maid and the Thief!). John holds a Master of Arts in Music and Music Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. John serves on the Performing Arts faculty at Pulaski Academy alongside the Poseys and most recently served as musical director for PA’s spring production of The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical.

Hunter Mabery
Conductor
Hunter Mabery completed his Master’s Degree in Piano Accompaniment at Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Piano Performance at Henderson State University. In 2012, he made his orchestral debut with the Texarkana Symphony Orchestra as winner of the annual Young Artist Concerto Competition. In 2012, 2013, and 2015, Hunter was a winner of the President’s Concert Concerto Competition at Henderson State University. He has performed chamber music recitals throughout the US, UK, and Europe. He has worked as a pit musician for shows including The Nutcracker, Musical Theatre Showcase at Interlochen Arts Camp, Cinderella, and was Music Director for Carrie: The Musical. Most recently, Hunter was the pianist for the world premiere of the musical Pearl by Cynthia Jordan. Hunter is the Staff Accompanist at Angelo State University.

Avery Girouard
Stage Manger
Avery is a sophomore in college at USC and has enjoyed being reunited with some of her high school theatre family for this show, Cabaret. Her previous experience includes Goddess of Tears (Aphrodite), Playtime (Playwright/Sybil), Puffs (Narrator), The Actors Nightmare (Stage Manager/Maid), The Second Brightest Nose (Dasher), Frozen Jr. (Director/Stage Manager/Costume Designer) and The Wizard of Oz (Munchkin/Jitterbug/Ozian/Winkie). Avery is amazed at this Perfectly Marvelous cast and crew for all their hard work, and so happy to once again be part of the Posey’s theatre magic.
