Sam Phibbs
as Beast
Sam Phibbs is 18 years old and is currently a student at Liberty University, pursuing a two year degree in Film Production. Sam has been in many shows with both The Talent Company and The Uwharrie Players, including, Bye Bye Birdie, Little Women, and Cinderella. In his free time, Sam enjoys playing the drums, working out, and watching The Office. He plans to pursue acting, hoping to become a film actor or director. Sam is so thankful for all of the people who were there when he was first getting started in theatre and for those who still encourage him to this day. He will never forget the wonderful memories he had with The Talent Company. He hopes you enjoy the amazing tale of Beauty and the Beast! Phil. 4:13

Blair Burris
as Belle
Blair Burris is a Senior at South Stanly High School. Her parents are George T. and Lynn Burris. She is very grateful to have been a part of The Talent Company and will cherish the memories she has made throughout the years. She has also participated in many theatre productions with The Uwharrie Players, The Tiger Theatre Troupe, The Union County Playmakers, and The Main Street Players. She would like to thank everyone who provided continuous encouragement and who helped her love for theatre grow; her wonderful family, her amazing friends, and her talented teachers. Blair hopes you enjoy the “Tale As Old As Time” and learn that it is alright to be different, because it leads you to very special people who in turn give you very special memories.

Jacob Hoffer
as Gaston
Jacob Hoffer is a Junior at West Stanly High School. This is his first Talent Company production. Jacob has been performing in church choirs and small-scale school produtions since he was very young. He found his footing in musical theater and plans to make his home with The Talent Company. Jacob hopes you'll enjoy the show.
