Emily Whitman
Director
Emily Whitman graduated with a BA in Theatre Arts, with a Dance Minor from Hendrix College in 2011. Before that, she graduated from Richardson High School as an Honor Thespian in 2007! Mrs. Whitman spent 2 years in New York City, living and working as an actor, before returning home again to rejoin The Theatre Collective and lead the next generation of Theatre Professionals to achieve their dreams. Caroline Watson
Musical Director
Ms. Watson is so excited for her first musical directing debut! Ms. Watson graduated with a B.A. in Music from the University of Texas at Austin. She is the Associate Choral Director at RHS and regularly judges for the TMEA All State process and her choirs have consistently made sweepstakes at UIL competition. She has sung with the Dallas Symphony Chorus and is a regular singer with the Highland Park United Methodist Choir, as well as assists with the youth and kids choir. RHS Credits include: Assistant Music Director for Into the Woods, Chicago and Spongebob. She would like to thank her family, students, friends & dog Ellie for their support!

Jacob Hemsath
Choreographer
Jacob is the Magnet Theatre Director at Richardson West Junior High and the choreographer for Six: Teen Edition. He is a graduate from Ouachita Baptist University with a Bachelor of Music in Musical Theater. He has worked as a performer and choreographer in and out of DFW. Some favorites have been Evita and Newsies with Lyric Stage, When Pigs Fly and Broadway Our Way with Uptown Players, and Frank-N-Friend at Casa Mañana. As a Director/ Choreographer some of his favorite shows he’s worked are Footloose: Youth Edition, Heathers, Newsies, Matilda, Tuck Everlasting and Big Fish.
