  • Alison Freeman

    (Director) Alison is the Founder and Director of THE TROUPE! It has been a dream of hers to bring a youth production "Into the Woods" to the Warner Grand Stage, as it is so challenging, beautiful, and thought-provoking. With THE TROUPE, Alison has directed "The Importance of Being Earnest" and "The Pirates of Penzance." She has also served as vocal director for many productions including 'My Fair Lady,' 'Crazy For You,' 'Flower Drum Song,' 'Little Shop of Horrors,' and 'West Side Story.' Alison works for LAUSD, teaching acting and singing to thousands of students from Title 1 schools. She is also a singer specializing in songs from the 1920s-1940s. Alison has created several original cabaret acts, and her Rodgers & Hart show was recently seen at The Gardenia in Hollywood. www.alisonjfreeman.com

  • Michael Cooper

    (Musical Director) Michael has over a decade of experience as a professional musician, as a church organist, accompanist, piano teacher, singer, and composer. His musical direction credits include "The Pirates of Penzance," "West Side Story," "Fiddler on the Roof," and "1776," and he has played in the pit for "Sweeney Todd" and "Peter Pan." He has studied piano at Pasadena City College. When not playing music he enjoys gaming and speculative fiction.

  • Holly Choe

    (Conductor) Holly Choe is currently pursuing a double major at the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music on the campus of CSU, Long Beach in Clarinet Performance and Music Education. In spring of 2013, Ms. Choe won the Undergraduate Conducting Competition at CSULB. In the past, she has guest conducted the Santa Monica College Wind Ensemble, and Licorice Anonymous Clarinet Choir at the international 2011 ClarinetFest. Holly has a passion for educating the youth and works for United Spirit Association (USA), a summer drum major camp company, where she is the Head Instructor and a member of the Program Development Team. With USA, she has taught numerous leadership and music seminars to thousands of junior high and high school students in CA, ORE, and WA. Ms. Choe currently serves as an Artistic Director Intern with the Golden State Pops Orchestra, an Associate Conductor of the Four Seasons Youth Symphony, and a student conductor for Cole Conservatory's University Clarinet Ensemble.
