Brynna Abel is in her third year at UT Austin, working towards a degree in Microbiology with a minor in cello playing. She has played cello since age 11 and loves performing with different kinds of ensembles and shows

Katie Janner
as Joan
Katie is a Senior in the Theatre Department. She is ecstatic to be in Melancholy Play. Theatre credits at UT include Spring Awakening, Rumors, Wildflower, and TeenGirl FANtasies. Katie is excited to pursue all forms of acting after she graduates. She would like to thank Natalie for being such a creative and driven director. Janie Macklin
as Frances
Janie Macklin is a Junior receiving her Bachelors of Arts in Theatre and Dance at the University of Texas. She is very excited to be a part of Round About Player’s production of Melancholy Play. You may recognize Janie from her part as Tweedle Dee in Alice in Wonderland at the ZACH Theatre. She spent the summer in Italy learning Shakespeare with her well-respected professors, Robert and Susan.

Brian Nguyen is a first year B.F.A. Theatre Studies major from Austin, Texas. He would like to thank the amazing cast and crew for being dope to work with on his first show with APO. Brian is excited to continue doing dope stuff with dope people.

Abby Riley is a junior at UT Austin and is currently studying speech pathology in The Moody College of Communications. She transferred from Bucks County Community College in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. This year she is glad to be back as an actor in Melancholy Play. Abby’s very excited to be a part of this amazing cast and would like to thank her family and friends for their support.
