Ashleigh Watt
Director
Ashleigh Watt has lived in Juneau, Alaska for twenty two out of twenty three years of her life, and has been creating theater in one form or another for over half of that time. While she only made her directing debut last spring with "Relative Strangers", she has appeared as an actress in thirty two local productions. Her most notable roles include Emily Webb in Our Town and Nayak in Whale Song at Perserverance Theater, Olive in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and Natalie in Next to Normal at Juneau Ghost Light Theater, Betty Haynes in White Christmas, Ariel in The Tempest, Hester Prynn in The Scarlet Letter, and currently, Lady Macbeth in Macbeth with Theater at Latitude 58. Ashleigh is excited to be working with T@L58 again this season, and to be learning the new art form of Zoom theater! In her free time Ashleigh loves writing cheesy songs with her ukulele, snuggling her friend's babies, and making herself giant earrings.
