 2026-2027 Season

Arsenic and Old Lace by Joseph Kesselring                             07/24/26-08/09/26

Drama critic Mortimer Brewster’s engagement announcement is upended when he discovers a corpse in his elderly aunts’ window seat. Mortimer rushes to tell Abby and Martha before they stumble upon the body themselves, only to learn that the two old women aren’t just aware of the dead man in their parlor, they killed him! Between his aunts’ penchant for poisoning wine, a brother who thinks he’s Teddy Roosevelt, and another brother using plastic surgery to hide from the police – not to mention Mortimer’s own hesitancy about marriage – it’ll be a miracle if Mortimer makes it to his wedding. Arsenic and Old Lace is a classic dark comedy about the only thing more deadly than poison: family.

The Iliad, The Odyssey and all of Greek Mythology in 99 Minutes or Less by Jay Hopkins, John Hunter, Homer                                                                                09/04/26-09/20/26

On a simple stage, with the clock ticking in front of everyone's eyes, the cast speeds through all of Greek Mythology. Its funny, updated, and made easy to understand. All the silly decisions, the absurd destinies, and the goofy characters are presented lightning-bolt fast with hysterical results as the clock is stopped with only seconds to spare.

Dracula: A Comedy of Terrors by Gordon Greenberg, Steve Rosen            10/16/26-11/20/26

Ever wondered what would happen if you took Bram Stoker’s legendary vampire tale and put it into a blender with Mel Brooks, Monty Python, and The 39 Steps? That’s just what happens in this lightning-fast, laugh-out-loud, 90-minute, gender-bending romp. When her sister Mina falls ill with a mysterious disease of the blood, Lucy Westfeldt and her fiancé, Jonathan Harker, enlist the help of famed female vampire hunter Doctor Jean Van Helsing. Their hunt for the dangerous and sexy Count Dracula abounds with clever wordplay and quick-change antics. Five actors play over a dozen roles in this bloodcurdlingly hilarious send-up of the literary classic.

I'll Be Home For Christmas by Catherine Bush               11/27/26-12/13/26

Air travel during the Christmas holidays is usually anything but jolly – delayed flights, lost baggage, bad weather, and the pressure of celebrating with the family can all add to the stress of the season. So when six zany characters, each with a desperate need to get home, collide at Skyways Airline Gate 37, anything can happen – and does.

Boeing Boeing by Marc Camelotti                                    02/05/27-02/21/27

This 1960s French farce adapted for the English-speaking stage features self-styled Parisian lothario Bernard, who has Italian, German and American fiancées, each a beautiful airline hostess with frequent “layovers.” He keeps “one up, one down, and one pending” – until unexpected schedule changes bring all three to Paris, and Bernard’s apartment, at the same time.

The Pillowman by Martin McDonagh                               04/02/27-04/18/27

With echoes of Stoppard, Kafka and the Brothers Grimm, The Pillowman centers on a writer in an unnamed totalitarian state who is being interrogated about the gruesome content of his short stories and their similarities to a series of child murders. The result is an urgent work of theatrical bravura and an unflinching examination of the very nature and purpose of art.

The Picture of Dorian Gray by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa         06/04/27-06/20/27

Oscar Wilde's Faustian tale of a young man who sells his soul for eternal youth is updated as a bold, stylish, and bloody contemporary thriller. London, 1988: Preternaturally handsome Dorian Gray has his portrait painted by his college classmate, the on-the-rise artist Basil Hallwood. When their mutual friend Henry Wotton offers to include it in a show, Dorian makes a fateful wish—that his portrait should grow old instead of him—and strikes an unspeakable bargain with the devil. So begins Dorian's steady decline into a life of depravity, following a twisted path that will lead him towards sexual deviance, violence, and much, much worse. However, Dorian's vile acts are not reflected upon his own visage, but rather upon Basil's portrait, which seems to rot from within, every one of Dorian's sins warping it more and more. The portrait is Dorian's secret, and he will do anything to keep it hidden and safe—even kill, if he has to…
