A note from the Director

Thank you to everyone who contributed to this show. Thank you the actors and Barton/ the tech crew who got this production together in such a short amount of time. Thank you Ethan for taking over directing and Tyler for being me for these next 8 weeks. I'm so glad to have one of my past Thespian presidents take over my role while I'm on maternity leave. Thank you to my husband for all your support and to Cam for keeping life fun and interesting. Thanks to all the drama mamas who keep this program on track.  Finally, thank you to the audience for supporting TR theatre! Enjoy the show!

A note from the Student Director

When I was a freshman, I was part of general tech for the fall show of the time, The Three Musketeers. And one day we were onstage painting the set while the actors were waiting for rehearsal to begin in the seats of the auditorium. As we were painting, a senior named Miranda and walked to the stage a yelled above all the chatter to announce we were starting rehearsal. Without Hurley there, she came out and had tech quiet down and got the actors to begin there rehearsal. From that point I immediately walked to Hurley's office and asked about the student directing at thunderridge. She told me that only seniors were allowed to do this, and since then I have been relentlessly excited to help put a show together as a director, and it could not have paid off better. I am so proud of this cast and crew and could not have asked for a better start into directing.
