It is the mission and responsibility of the Staff, Parents and Students of the South PA family to provide a quality theatrical experience with the utmost emphasis on safety and comfort for our patrons and production team. Listed below are our protocols and expectations for ticket sales and attending the shows. Be assured that safety precautions and protocols have already been implemented for our student performers and backstage crew.
Ticketing: All ticketing MUST be bought online. Admission tickets WILL NOT be available at the door. Patrons must show proof of purchase when entering. All tickets will be sold in pairs of seats (2 tickets) and will have 2 vacant seats between. We will seat first come, first served from the front row to the back. This process allows us to monitor seats sold and safely space patrons in the theater.
*Forsyth County School Employees receive a Free Pass Plus One, but MUST reserve tickets ahead of time through the Google Form on the website no later than two days prior to the show date*

Lobby Area/Waiting: Weather permitting, we are asking patrons to wait outside before the doors are open for seating. Obviously if weather doesn’t cooperate or older patrons with medical issues who need to sit, may come inside the lobby. We ask that patrons remain socially distant and mask wearing is expected while visiting the theatre.
After show Meet and Greet: The excitement after every performance historically builds to that special moment when friends and family can greet the cast members after the show. We must ask that all meeting and greeting be held outside after the show. The students want to see you, but we must approach that safely at this time for everyone’s benefit.
